He markets and sells Real Estate properties in Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties in Southern California.

Prior to being a Realtor Mr. Estevez worked as REO Manager for a HUD outsourcer. In that position he managed a team of REO employees who were responsible for overseeing all the Realtors who sold properties for HUD in states of Nevada and Arizona. He was also responsible for managing the HUD website which had foreclosure properties for sale in those states.
He was also a REO Asset Manager for a national lender. There he sold thousands of properties throughout the country as well as managed Attorneys, Realtors, Title/Escrow closing companies, General Contractors and Appraisers in the process.
Other areas Chris has worked in is Bankruptcy, Collections, Foreclosure, Foreclosure Trustee, Title/Escrow Sales, Lending and Appraisal/AVM Valuation Sales just to name a few…….
